Last updated: June 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Joondalup Caravan Repairs, a caravan and RV repair workshop at Unit 13/21 Warman Street, Neerabup WA 6031. You can reach us on (08) 9206 4933 or at admin@joondalupcaravanrepairs.com.au.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, phone number and email address, details about your van (type, make and model, registration if you provide it), a description of what you need, and any photos you upload. We collect this so we can answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, book a service or progress an insurance claim.
How we use your details
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a service, repair or quote.
- To liaise with your insurer and assessor when you ask us to handle an insurance claim.
- To keep a record of work carried out on your van.
We do not sell your details. We only share them where it is needed to carry out the work you have asked for, for example with your insurer for a claim, or with a parts supplier to source a part.
Form security
Our contact and quote forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Keeping your details
We keep your details only as long as we need them to provide our service and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then we remove them. We take reasonable steps to keep your details secure.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to remove them. Contact us on (08) 9206 4933 or at admin@joondalupcaravanrepairs.com.au and we will help.
